Kudos to Saigetta, Eduardo, Esther and others at this location! This banking center offers outstanding customer service. I've been coming for a year now to this branch and have nothing but good things to say. More banking centers should model how this center operates and especially how they treat customers with kindness, genuine care and attention to handling their banking needs.

Long lines, and waiting times between 20-30 mins with only 1-2 ppl in line! Ive only seen 1 bank teller at a time when Ive gone twice into this branch. They are Rude!!! Very Poor Customer Service. I wont ever Bank her again!!

Be aware there is card skimmers found at this ATM. All my money was wiped out within 3 days. Now I have to wait up to 90 days to see if I can get my money back. Thanksgiving is next week.

Although the lack of customer service at BOA Branches . Marcus is a great asset at this location. . He is efficient and professional .
