SOS/Meals on Wheels

MOW is a food program for home bound seniors that much is true. The food comes each day to your door cold/frozen. The food is mediocre. The BBQ stuff is very very sweet, some of it very spicy, or very bland. They don't want you to add salt, but you have to in order to eat it. They come like tv dinners. The film is flimsy, and it leaks if it's one of their soups. If you aren't home due to an emergency that you didn't tell them, all hell breaks out. You get an abuse message on your phone about them calling the police. Plus, my driver park in someone's space and received a telling off. Everyone knows that apartment lot is for tenant's use only. So I got permanently drop. They give you a bill every month with all your personal information on it. They are rude, abusive, uncompassionate with mostly unedible on edible food. They may be a great place to volunteer but as a client stay away. If you can't be very leery of them. I wish that I NEVER got involved with them.

This is a great organization with quality people! The service is superb with friendly, dependable, accurate, efficient and easy to work with people. The food is excellent in quality and has balanced nutrition, is well prepared, delicious, fresh and good portions. I am really pleased with how Meals on Wheels has helped out my family!

Sent a message , they never responded. I find them not a reliable source.I personally didn't have a good experience
