What a horribly disappointing experience. I think the organization provides a wonderful service but I think their donation coordinator does an abysmal job representing them.  From the very beginning she was rude, curt and generally inhospitable.    I told her my mother in law just died and we wanted to donate the materials.  Her response was well we don't take wheelchairs unless they have footrests.  No sorry for your loss, no let mesee how I can help, no friendly smile.  The saving grace was the bearded gentleman who came out after her who did show good interpersonal skills and did offer a friendly response.  We had a lot of diapers, chucks, wheelchairs, and general medical supplies a lot of which was still in the Amazon boxes.  I was personally burdening her by trying to do a drop off and support this organization. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the organization's mission and the bearded gentleman who was friendly.
