        My Mother was very pleased with the excellent customer service she received from Store Manager Duke Pacheco. He allowed her to call him directly with any questions or concerns during her installation. He went above the call of duty to make sure she was a satisfied customer.

        In the past the associates at this location have been inexperienced and incompetent. However, there's now a new store manager (Duke) who takes customer service very seriously and has great follow through skills.
