Factory Direct floor Company installed SPC in my house on 5/11/22, the price was unbeatable , the installers were very professional, and did an exceptional job. I would recommend their services to everyone.

We had a great experience with Factory Direct Floors. We experienced a water damage home insurance claim requiring new flooring in two bedrooms and closets, and a hallway and closet. Factory Direct was both efficient in providing our insurance company with detail documentation and attentive to our questions and schedules. The removal and installation took three days, and their work crew was both polite and efficient. They moved and replaced all furniture, kept dust to a minimum, and cleaned up when they finished (on time). We are pleased with the quality of the product, the quality of the work performed, and the level of service provided. We plan to use Factory Direct Floor again for some additional flooring needs.

From the sale, design and installation, Factory Direct delivered everything beyond expectations. Great to work with and a really good value. Floors are top quality in both the wood product and the stain/finish delivered. I will be using them again on our next project. Please consider them for your next project.

We had new LVP floors put in our 3 bedrooms & master closet (replacing carpet). They were able to match our existing flooring perfectly! Everyone from the owners down to the installers were kind and professional. Would recommend and work with them again if the need comes up.

Misleading and Dishonest Practices
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Factory Direct Floor and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The owner initially appeared pleasant and accommodating, but my encounter with their services left much to be desired.
Firstly, the floor we received was noticeably thinner than what was showcased in their showroom. It was disheartening to discover such a discrepancy between expectation and reality. It's essential for businesses to accurately represent their products to avoid misleading customers.
Furthermore, during the installation process, we were informed that the cost would be $2.5 per square foot. However, things took an unexpected turn when they insisted on additional charges of $3.5 per square foot for extra plywood. This sudden increase in price brought the final cost to an exorbitant $6 per square foot. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, leaving me feeling deceived and taken advantage of.
To make matters worse, I later discovered that the extra plywood removal only took them a mere hour, yet they charged a staggering $700 for this service. This raises serious questions about their pricing practices and their commitment to honesty and transparency.
I find it deeply disheartening that the owner, who initially seemed amicable, has proven to be anything but honest. It's crucial for businesses to uphold integrity and deliver on their promises. Regrettably, my experience with Factory Direct Floor fell far short of these expectations.
I hope sharing my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others who may consider utilizing their services. It's vital to approach this establishment with caution, thoroughly examine their products, and demand transparency regarding any additional charges.
