        Experience wise, some of the teachers I had weren't well organized and couldn't teach their own classes, or were confused in their own subject/instructions. Also, favoritism was a large scale thing, and if you weren't liked by your teacher(s) usually you were not treated well from what I've viewed/seen, not only that, but a lot of bullying and lack of acceptance.
