It was my first time renting a trailer to be hooked up with my Tesla to help my in-law move her furnitures. Good location and the rate is very reasonable . The lady who worked there at that time Maria helped me select the right ball hitch and wiring adaptor so the trailer can be properly connected to the car. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I had good experience throughout the whole process.

Arrived at 10:58am and the only guy at the counter said he is clocking out and cant help me. I was left with an empty store for 20 minutes before the next employee showed up. The management of this place is ridiculous.

The truth is that it is one of the worst places to rent. Terrible service, the workers seem angry and they don't seem to know what they are doing. They told me that they had an item that I needed, they kept me waiting for more than 2 hours and at the last they told me that they were talking to me, that it could take up to 2 weeks.
