Majestic Tree Service

This is the second time Ive used Majestic Tree Service in the last two years. I had a great experience the first time, and this service was equal to or better than the last. They came out the same day I called them to give me an estimate and were able to work me in the next day for the service. I had been given instructions from PG&E to clear some poles and lines in my yard, and they knew exactly what to do. They have clearly worked with PG&E instructions before. While trimming and making my yard as safe as possible from future storm damage, they also took the opportunity to make it look nice and not chopped. The yard looks so much better now. I cant recommend them enough! Ill definitely be using Majestic Tree Service again!!

Two years ago, Majestic came to my rescue by removing a large tree from my property. Not only did they offer a surprisingly reasonable rate, but they also arrived equipped with professional tools, ensuring the tree and its roots were removed swiftly. Upon my request, they kindly left the wood chips behind, free of charge, which was a nice bonus. Fast forward to this February, I reached out to Jonathan from Majestic to inquire if they could deliver more wood chips. Without hesitation, Jonathan arranged for a delivery in just a couple of days. To my delight, they provided a full truckload of chips, leaving us with a generous amount of free mulch. I'm thoroughly impressed by Majestic's consistent professionalism, prompt service, and the added value they provide to their customers. Highly recommend!

So, my run-in with Majestic and Joe was a total bummer. We set up this deal for them to trim my palm tree on a Monday. I even took the day off, passed on another offer because Joe said they could start right away. But, surprise! About 30 minutes into the job on Monday, Joe hits me with a surprise by saying its a bit windy, lets reschedule line. I suggested they at least do some work since they were already there and that it wasnt really that windy, but Joe wasnt having it. He calls me the next day, saying theyre too busy and I should find someone else. Basically didnt want to honor the written quote he had given me. Seriously? Thats not how you treat customers! My advice: skip Majestic. Find a company that actually cares about your time and business. I even told Joe I run a business, and wed never pull that stunt. Didnt faze him though. Save yourself the headache and find a crew that gives a darn.
