They destroyed my trees. Had an unsupervised crew. Larry acknowledged it was awful, promised theyd fix it. Nope. Week after week after week. Call after call. He says hell talk to the office. Office just claimed so knowledge until a couple days ago. We paid 2k to have our trees destroyed and get the run around. Do not use this service. Unless of course youre interested in having your trees butchered into the ugliest of possible things. Larry looked me in the eye and said theyd take care of my trees. I had had a recommendation for Anderson's, so I was looking forward to having them look at least four of my trees; however, they missed two appointments to come for estimates. Meanwhile, I had estimates from several other tree services, so I did not choose Anderson's.

Anderson s did a good  job trimming  my ginkgo  tree.  It was a tangled  mess of branches.  They cleared out all the extra wood and gave it a beautiful  shape.    The crew was fine and yard was  clean when they left.  I am happy it is over. It is messy but Interesting  to watch. I am greatful I don't  climb trees with chain saws and others do.
