Not sure how someone like the individual below can make a review on this company and give it 0 starts because they chose not to buy his equipment? So you rate based on your emotions and not an actual transaction? Maria is a great rep and vendor, dealt with her for years and have never had an issue.

This review is related to the BuyBack program only. I have no information on any of the other services. I reached out on a recommendation from a telecom biz owner I know about them, and received positive feedback that they would review items for buyback. There is no real data on their website, or through their purchasing manager, about what they will take, despite my questions about that. They even followed up a few times asking about items and how much they would love to make a quote. Spent quite a bit of time on the inventory and serial numbers, submitted the items, and all were refused. I've moved on to a more reputable company.
