We went with Marlo to search our first house and he helped a lot in home buying process. He was prompt on answering any questions and joined in all open houses. He was proactive on finding houses and getting disclosure gave all contacts we needed and We bought our first house with his help. we definitely recommend him

Marlo made my first home purchase a breeze and he really showed me what I didnt know I wanted in the first place. I came in the process thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but as the search went on, nothing really felt right. Marlo made suggestions along the way, and I trusted him so I went with it and in the end I bought a home that I never wouldve looked at in the first place if he didnt make the suggestion. The home was everything I wanted and more. Marlo is intuitive, bilingual, and informative. I plan to recommend him to my family and friends, and if I purchase any future homes, I will go back to Marlo.

Marlo Earns our family trust and he is an exceptional professional at what he does. Back in 2021 we had an infant and we were in search of a new home. Being first time home buyers, Marlo was a gem of a find and a blessing for our family. He helped us navigate the tough market (post covid with crazy prices). He was very clear, transparent and doesn't push the clients. He is very patient, great listener and works within the budget. I felt his super power was to break down complex problems and provide valuable advice. To give a couple of examples : Once we saw a house which we liked but had history of fire , he was meticulous in his work and he found out a structural damage which was not reported in disclosures clearly. Overall he is someone who I would recommend blindly to friends and relatives. I really hope he is available to help us find our next home as our family expands
