Stephen Husted is one of the most creative Real Estate Salesman I have seen. Stephen took the home we lived in for over 30 years and prepared it for sale. He moved us out of the house to prep it the right way to maximize our return. He had the floors done, painted the inside of the house, and the backyard was cleaned. He staged it to perfection . Stephen sold my property quickly for over asking and I barely had to do anything. First Stephen came and took a look at the property long before I was ready to sell. He got things ready. He found and dealt with contractors and got me great deals on the work to make the place show worthy. He saved money in some areas e.g. by repainting the kitchen cabinets instead of replacing them. He is constantly hustling and was marketing the property before it was on the market even generating a few leads ahead of time. He took care of staging, cleaning, hauling and marketing.The condo sold quickly. In my complex, I've seen units sit for multiple months not being sold, I was very apprehensive. My unit sold in 5 days. I got way more for it than other similar units and I couldn't be happier.

Stephen has been monumental in getting my out-of-state investing off the ground. He has helped me set up my LLC and my business account. He is always available to talk to me throughout the week. Stephen did an amazing job getting the property ready for the market while working with all the contractors. He coordinated a stager to come into our home and set the scene for buyers to really in-vision themselves living there. He had an amazing team behind him to do the photos and videos. Once it was on the market, we got multiple offers and had it sold in 10 days for over the asking price. He did such a good job in negotiating and communicating the offers to me. It was also a smooth process when we were on escrow. He's also well versed in real estate investing and short-term rentals. He has partnered up with my boyfriend over the past few years and had a pretty good success on their business so far.
