Yikes. I dealt with Laura Eisenbach, a realtor with Amber Realty. Dre #01382943 Unprofessional and poor communication. Uses text only and doesn’t provide confirmation emails or messages or reminders. Not that it’s required but it’s helpful when people are viewing multiple listings and moving. She didn’t seem to know what day it was yesterday. And then today the day of the showing I made an honest mistake and forgot. I apologized as I felt awful. But she became enraged and unprofessional and sent me these messages. I don’t care what you’re mad about you don’t speak to people this way when you are working and trying to find a renter for a client. You will get a bad reputation. Also she is the one who suggested Saturday and Sunday for a showing and then made a big to do about having to do her job on a day she suggested. Oof not a good company.

I would give Amber Realty -negative5 stars if I could. We hired Laura Eisbach as a property manager and she consistently committed violations of contract throughout the year that she worked for us. The tenants AND the landlord would have to wait anywhere between 6 weeks up to 3 months to even get a response from her. When we would finally get a hold of her, she could never answer any of our questions or grievances, always saying that her assistants are the ones that handle that part of the business. I dont even know what she was managing because it sounds like her assistant does everything for her. Impossible to reach and has little to no knowledge of the properties she is managing. All in all, horrible experience. I would NEVER recommend Laura or Amber Realty to anyone. For your own sake, search elsewhere or manage it yourself.
