1776 Apartments

A great place to live... I have lived here for over a decade and chose the complex because it was within 2 miles of my work. Just coming here from a Condo in Santa Clara and having all the amenities of Condo life, which include gated entrance, garage, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, deck, pool, hot tub, gym, great maintenance crew and super awesome management (shout out Jenny & Lina) If you are looking for place to dwell for a reasonable price in the land of crazy rents THIS IS THE PLACE! PS. The mature, well maintained landscaping and lots of trees are a bonus too!

I have lived in this complex for the last 10 years and while finishings are a bit outdated I appreciate that I have my own enclosed garage to park my car, in unit laundry and the onsite maintenance and management team make living here very comfortable.

I'm 3 years into my 2nd stint here. Before, I lived here for 8 years. I love living here. The location is perfect because it's not far from anything in the south bay. The grounds crew keeps the property clean and looking nice. The neighbors in both my apartments here have been very friendly and respectful. Lina and Jenny in the office have always been more than helpful anytime there's a concern or issue. The maintenance team have been friendly and go above and beyond to help resolve any issues with the apartment. My only complaint is that the business next door makes a lot of noise early in the morning, but I get up early so it's not too bad.

Moved to one bedroom in January after looking at many other apt complexes 1776 Apts was by far the best choice. Large apt with enclosed patio snd storage, washer, dryer and 1 car garage. Also a pool, spa and workout room. This is a safe gated community in a park like setting. Beautifully landscaped with many walking paths. Also best price considering all the amenities
