Mike and Cindy, they have shown a very high level of professionalism, especially Manager Cindy, whose efficiency and prompt response have impressed me deeply. No matter what issues I encounter, she is always able to resolve them quickly, providing me with great peace of mind and satisfaction. I sincerely recommend their team to anyone in need of high-quality management and attentive service.

Cindy & Mike are as good as Property Managers come. They have done a fabulous job with my 4-plex. Tenants needs are always responded to in an expedient, professional polite manner.
They always seem to have my best interest in mind and ALWAYS respond back to my texts or emails. A total secure feeling knowing they are watching the building, tenants and my interest. I also live out of Calif. Great having them on board to pull it all together in seamless fashion.

I had a scheduled viewing for one of the units and it was canceled last minute. I called Cindy to ask about it (especially because I had taken a half day from work) and she was rude over the phone and telling me that the unit was rented already despite the listing still being up on the website and the website still allowing me to schedule a viewing.. Cindy was just very unprofessional, and rude for some reason!! I never had that experience with any agents before..
