This was the most seamlessly smooth entries into a new rental unit. The property manager was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating about the property and did what she could to make it even more comfortable. The amount of respect for my experience in moving from one house to another was unusually compassionate and I am very grateful. The paperwork was clear as well as the payment methods. I am looking forward to an amicable relationship with this company.

Shelley and Jeannette were very professional, the move into the new apartment was very comfortable and both Shelley and Jeannette helped a lot. The online portal for rent payment and maintenance request is very convenient. Also the manager Shelley responds to issues very quickly and on time. The owners were also very helpful and accommodating. Great experience overall.

Shelley Mitchell is an excellent property manager. When the tenants told her there were rodents she sent over a pest control person right away. However, the rodents persisted so she came to the property to see for herself. She then hired a different pest control company, looked around to see where the rodents might be coming in and sent a letter to the HOA wondering if the rodents might be coming in through the roof. She is thorough and quick to take action, which I appreciate.

I had never rented a home out before, a family friend recommended Matusich and Raich Property Management. I contacted them, their property manager toured the home with me and we prepared it for renting. The property manager took photos and listed it on Zillow, screened potential renters and got my home rented out. I receive the rent check every month, along with a statement that shows any expenses required (such as pay handyman to fix leaky faucet, etc.). I love that this is hands free for me. My property manager is very responsive to any questions that I have. I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering renting a property.
