I love my Attorney and I recommend him to anybody looking for a Worker's Compensation lawyer in San Jose. He's a kind man who is very dedicated to his work. He takes my phone calls after hours. He's definitely fighting for me to win my case. He even responds on the weekends. Which I want to ask him if he has a life but I'm a worry wart and I ask a lot of questions so I'll just continue to enjoy his awesome service.

Ryan and his father Robert were a joy to deal with considering the circumstances. Getting injured at work is something that nobody wishes for but it's nice to know that you have honest people fighting for you to try to get you healthy again and get you a fair settlement from the insurance company. I was especially impressed with Roberts knowledge as he has been in the Worker's Compensation industry over 30 years. It was like a game of poker and he ended up winning the pot at the end of the table for me. Thank you very much to both of you gentlemen. Ryan and Robert were the most professional people I think I've ever dealt with in my life. Worker's Compensation was a difficult process but I was glad to find two excellent lawyers to guide me through the process. All I can really say to anybody reading this is do not trust the insurance company. I was strung along for over two years being lied to and ignored by my claims examiner. It wasn't until my uncle gave me Ryan's number and I called and got representation until I realized exactly how corrupt and intricate the system is to get a fair deal.
