I highly recommend Kenji - he definitely aims to please! From set up to take down, everything went smoothly. He's very pleasant to deal with and will work with you to make sure the bounce house fits in your yard and can provide safe fun for your party guests!

I never received a copy of the contract. They delivered the jumper at 12:00pm and took it away at 6:45 pm which we did not agree upon
Rude attitude.

PERFECT! I called Kenji a few months ago for a jumper, and all I gotta say was: "everything was perfect"!! He's got great customer service and he makes sure he gave you what you ordered! And even if you need to change anything, cause I did, he'll work with you. The jumper was clean and the guy that delivered it(I can't remember his name for the life of me, I'm so sorry) was so nice. Kenji and his team are the perfect people to call when you need anything for a party. I will definitely be keeping his number and be calling him for all my party needs again. THANK YOU SO MUCH JUMP'n'PARTY, my kids were so happy! Since they were so happy, so was I!
