We had a delightful stay there last night. The rooms were very large and accommodating, clean, and the beds comfortable. We were close to, or at least within walking distance to nice restaurants and the SAP. The front desk clerk was extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay there again. Reasonably priced and well worth every penny. highly recommend.

I work in mobile television. My crew was doing a basketball game at Provident Credit Union Event Center. Normally we would stay by the airport, but I needed to leave early in the morning with my truck to get to a show in Los Angeles the next day. Every moment of sleep counted. I booked a room here and was not disappointed. You walked into your bedroom, there was a little sitting room separate from the bedroom, the shower and toilet were in one separate room and the area to get ready with the sink was in another. Four rooms total. My coworkers paid almost double the price for a room at the Hyatt by the airport and my room was just as big. Other downtown hotels were nearly double the price or more. I took a chance, and for what I needed it for it worked great. The rooms were excellent. The bed was SO comfortable! Lots of water pressure in the shower in the morning and the water got hot fast. But the best part was communication and the service. I received a call early in the day of check in to make sure I was still coming in and if there was anything they could do for me. I told them my plan was to be there around 4:00 or 5:00. They said they would look forward to my being there. Later in the day, we got busy at the arena and I never got away between 4:00 and 5:00 to get checked in. At about 10:30 I received a phone call from the hotel wondering if I was still going to be there. I told him yes, that I gotten delayed and I apologized up and down. He said it was absolutely no problem. I told him I would be there in 20 minutes. When I arrived in 20 minutes he was all ready for me. I believe I was the last check in for the day. The lobby is not 24/7. Don't expect breakfast in the morning because there is none, but there is a great coffee shop around the corner. I will definitely be staying here next year when we come back to do basketball games in San Jose. And I think my coworkers will be staying here instead as well. That way we can enjoy downtown San Jose. Rooms: Big! Four rooms in my room (105).
