Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Jose Airport, an IHG Hotel

The room was really spacious and comfortable but a bit dusty and loud because it was close to the elevator. Service was very good.

Stayed here the night before a 5AM flight and it was perfect! Shuttle ran all night every 15 minutes and they even gave us breakfast to go! Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

There was a group of 8 of us so we had 4 rooms at this location. It was centrally located for what we were needing which is why we initially stayed here. All rooms were clean and large. The beds were very comfortable and included both firm and soft pillows. The blackout blinds were fantastic and a blessing in the morning. The downside of the hotel is the traffic noise at night, but that is a common issue among most high populated areas. There isnt a lot you can walk to around the hotel but that wasnt a factor in our decision to stay here. Continental breakfast in the morning was more than sufficient with a variety of foods including yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, bakery items and hot food like bacon, sausage and eggs. The breakfast staff was friendly and efficient. All front desk staff were always smiling and friendly when arriving or exiting. Big shoutout to Alba who was working the front desk during the week. She went above and beyond for our family and it was appreciated by all of us the care and concern she had. As far as Holiday Inn Express hotels go, this more than met our needs

No hot water yesterday and no water today. The front desk staff is useless and have no idea how to handle the situation. The manager is NEVER on duty . What is the point of paying money for lodging when they cannot provide the most basic necessities. There was NO communication with the guests instead all the front desk staff said was how was he supposed to know I dont know the future either but an experienced team or an establishment knows how to handle a client and compensate accordingly. Plus they charge for daily parking. Stay across the street at Hampton Inn instead
