Closed - Drybar - San Jose

I used to be a fan of this chain. A huge fan. But the way this location treated me has made me delete the app and swear I will only use local salons. Reception at Santana Row location is awful.

The service was 5 star but the curls didn’t stay for even an hour. I will go again perhaps for another hair style but not curls.

I wish I remembered the name of my stylist but she was so friendly, did an amazing job and took her time to make sure I left feeling beautiful and happy! They don't let you wait inside for your appointment becauae of Covid and make you check in online when you arrive. Once, it is your turn they mtect you to come in. After 10 minutes past my appointment, I still haven't received a text notification to come in so I went inside to check and they were ready for me. So I would recommend to double check as well if you have been waiting for a while already. Everyone was extremely friendly and it felt like the staff was a lot nicer than at other drybar locations so I'll definitely return to this one again!
