I went to get my hair colored today but the lady who works there was very rude and she had bad attitude towards me because after she washed my hair my clothes were wet in the back all I said that Im wet but that lady was rude start talking so loud front of the other customers even she was talking in her own language but Kathy just listened and Kathy even saw I was wet but gave me towel to dry my clothes but the other lady she was talking to rude and she said why you come here I should stay home and she didnt even dry my hair and wash too. She charged me more than coupon the one I showed to Kathy. The lady charged me $60.00. She told to pay now while I was paying her she was throwing pen and paper on the counter than she told me to get out of here now. That lady needs to be removed or reported.Kathy needs to fire her now

Went here for the first time since moving to San Jose,and I'm so impressed! They did a great job with the pedicure (not rushed, got a great massage, really was so relaxing), and I got a fully set of tips with dip powder. Can't wait to go back

Well, I took my three sons here for haircut. We walked in and there was no customer so Kathy and her co worker were fast to start my two sons haircut. I showed them haircut looks. Kathy was fast she was using a hair trimmer without a scissor or brush so that worried me since my son had a lot of hair and it was curly. She ask me the length and I said short so she messed up his hair. She finished in less than 10 minutes and when I saw the front of my sons hair it was trimmed shorter than the rest of his head. I told her this is not how it should look like so she said: it is his baby hair, I didn't cut that part I said but he didn't had baby hair before we walked in because he had long hair then she said: You kept saying short so I cut it short I said no it shouldn't look like this, you ruined my sons hair so she start showing disrespectful behavior and said I didnt do anything, it is his hair so wait in the corner for your other son so I can help my next customer. I felt so humiliated and disrespected. I went and checked my little sons hair and it wasnt looking good as well but the other lady was very nice and calm so I said nothing I paid her and even tipped her and I told the lady that I am not going to pay for Kathy because she messed up my older sons hair and I just paid for one kid. The reason I am giving her this rating is because of her bad behavior and not being sorry for her mistake. We are human and we make mistake and if she was apologizing for her mistake I would have even tipped her because my sons hair will grow back but how she made me feel would not go from my brain. I also read some of her ratings now, she response in a very bad manner to her clients by calling them lier or scammers. She has very bad customer service. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
