        I like JcPenney. I usually find what I'm looking for. My recent visit was a bit concerning because of the stores appearance. The fitting rooms are dirty, and they removed the benches/chairs. There is no spot to set your personal belongings. The hooks are broken, and some of the locks on the doors don't work.
