If I could I would give it 0 stars. We have a business account here and I would never do business here and never wish the kind of service I received here on my worse enemy. We are definitely on our way to closing the account. Please save yourself while you can and don't do business with Citibank in general. When you call the branch, nobody answers and then calls are forwarded to call centers. The connection is so bad that I can't even hear or understand what they are saying. Waste of time and energy. Once again, save yourself the misery. Learn from my experience.

I have always had good experiences at this Citi Bank location. I would like to appreciate and thank Tammy for her excellent service and going above and beyond to help us out.
P.S. There is a parking lot in the rear and the teller would validate your parking ticket, so you don't have to worry about finding parking on the street.

I went to the 10 Almaden branch today (6/29/22) only to find they have been temporarily closed for some time. Why isn't it communicated more publicly in platform such as Google Map?

They would not give me two $50s for $100 in $20s because I don't have an account there even after checking with the manager!  This is the reason people are moving to smaller community banks.
