        I applied online a few months ago for a new business chase account. I was having some trouble online so my local chase branch referred me to Vy at this branch. She was very helpful and polite in setting up my business account. After 3 months Vy called to check if I had I received my new account bonus. I told her I had not and she says to check back in another week. Today she called and confirmed the bonus was credited to the account. I am very impressed with the level of personal service from Vy at chase and look forward to continuing future business.

        This branch looks new and feels comfy inside. It is a bit different than other branches because there are no tellers here but you can use the ATM machine. This branch is more like offering 1:1 customer to client manager mode. I hope they can provide a sign-in service so customers easily understand who comes in first and wait for the service if they dont have appointments.
