    Edit: not just lying about my review, but also my rent payment. Ive never paid rent late or deficit. They randomly charge on my rent $50 for replacing 2 IDs, 3 months after replacing them, and they already cashed my check for $50 3 months ago. By the way, the IDs they made didnt work opening any of the gyms and they fought us tooth and nail, refusing to make other ones that worked or fixing the issue. Also the gyms have been closed here indefinitely for weeks now. Management also gave us a letter on our door that we cant have lights on our balcony. I dont know if they are targeting me for writing a bad review, or if they treat everyone this way, but some staff are really rude. Original: Cant believe that the big pools have been closed basically the whole summer, and the small pools are closed on and off day to day. Their reason is that they are looking for a better price for the motor. Pretty sure a week of my rent would cover that cost, and mine is one of the hundreds of apartments here.

    I'm not renewing my lease I'm getting the hell out of this place. These people don't care about our safety. Security let anybody in. People jump over the gates on my side and in the back. Homeless people come in and out. Know my packages are getting stolen. Some people in the office are rude. This place is uncomidating. I didn't know it was so many drugs and craziness over here this place is the hood fo'sho. Then they want to say oh I'm sorry that your having these problems but they don't care.and I've only lived here 4 months. I should have denied to move here. Uugghhh what a waste.

    Its ghetto, cheap finishes in the apartments, the speed bumps throughout the complex will mess up your suspension. The carpets are dirty and its not an enjoyable place to live.

Dear Robin B., Thank you for taking the time to let us know your thoughts. As I mentioned in my other response about pools, it has also been frustrating for us to have three pools out of service. We do realize that residents have the right to use them for exercise and recreation while we have the responsibility to make sure the pools are in safe working order. The Duramwood pool was closed due to a needed repair to the tiling and the removal of an unsafe limb that hung over the pool; the repairs are done and the pool is open as of 7/29. A pump for Edenwood is supposed to arrive by 7/30; we are still waiting to get a delivery date for the Foxwood pump. While we are waiting, you are encouraged to use the other three pools available. We apologize for the inconvenience.Reply to new post: Dear Hannah, Thank you for sharing your perspectives; I am happy to respond. I looked into the situation regarding two $50 charges for replacing ID cards. It appears that you were not charged twice; rather the second charge was for a $50 shortfall in your regular rent payment which you took care of. However, I do apologize for any hassle you experienced in using the ID’s; I have spoken to the team about the absolute requirement for being polite and helpful. As to the gyms not being open, we were reported to the health department about residents not following the indoor mask rule. It is my expectation that the gyms will open immediately once this mandate is ended. Finally, the letter about lights on your balcony was not a targeted thing; over 300 letters were sent out to residents reminding them of a variety of community rules. These inspections take place several times each year. Thanks again for giving me the chance to answer your review.
