Blossom Hill Garden Apartments

I don't recommend this place for any normal, nice, or fair members of society. People play loud music past 10PM and the bass shakes things in your unit. People slam their doors instead of closing them like reasonable adults. The management doesn't do anything about it, there is no way to get peaceful sleep.

Lived here for 4 years. Lore, In the office, and the maintenance team are great! Whenever we had a request it was addressed quickly and professionally. Location is great, right on the border of Los Gatos. Shops and restaurants all close by and rent was super affordable for the area. The parking lot for Noddin elementary turned into the neighborhood park during Covid and stayed that way. There are also a lot of smokers in the area who smoke on the sidewalk across from the school.  We lived street side facing the school parking lot so all the noise, and cigarette smoke, came right into our unit. The double panel windows did help some. If you are looking for a super peaceful/quiet location this complex probably won't work for you. If you have little ones and/or don't mind the noise of kids playing this is a great location for you. Buildings are older but units are upgraded and well kept inside. The hardwood and ceramic tile in the units does not make for good sound reduction.  Even living upstairs we could hear everything our downstairs neighbors were doing/saying. When moving out we did a pre-move out inspection which gave us good insight on what to focus on when cleaning. We ended up getting the majority of our deposit back by being diligent in our cleaning efforts.

This appartment complex is in a nice area, with updated appliances and remodeled kitchens and bathrooms. Nice big pool! Your own washer and dryer. Plenty of room. My own bathroom and walk in closet. The staff is very nice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood. Its affordable, but a few drawbacks. You have to put down a deposit for a lot of different things. If you lose your gate clicker, that's a $700 fine. children running around the courtyard, screaming and yelling constantly. The walls are very thin. I live under a family who is pretty loud. So sleep can be allusive at times. You cant have more than two plants on your deck. You can only have over two guests at a time. No BBQs (on your patio, they have a BBQ you can use). Not one neighbor wears a mask during this pandemic. The landlord and staff wear one though. the landlord is VERY good at her job. If you need something done, she gets it done. Overall a good apartment complex. I just wish it was a little more peaceful.

Lived here for almost 3 years and have zero complaints. If there was anything that needed fixing it would get done within the next couple of days. I still live here. It's very nice.
