        This place is amazing what is not amazing is the restaurant across the street . While I appreciate having the convenience of a good pizza place nearby the loud noise from the trashcan, which I hear consistently every night at the same time, the noise has been disruptive I just wished they did that during the day

        Thanks to Marino, the super. He not only followed up promptly on my requests with a weekend visit but also fixed a couple of extra things that I had discovered in the moment. He was very clear about the fixes and how long it would take. Plus he wore shoe covers! Thank you, Marino!

        1. Living in the south building. very bad soundproof. Prepare to hear every steps of upstairs. People upstairs walking very frequently and you can clearly hear the sound. From midnight till 6AM. Already regret. 2. Bad pest control. There have been flies in the balcony. Can't image i paid $3000 ish per month and have this bad experience.
