Ive lived here since middle of last year and I really love it here. The apartments are spacious and have good light. The community is nice and quiet. Its close to downtown and the office staffs and maintenance guy are very nice and helpful. Id recommend my friends to live here.

PLEASE AVOID! I wish I could give them zero stars. The property management is super unprofessional, they wont return your security deposit, and they charge extras in the move out statement. I will never ever rent again in this place.
Also, the place is super unsafe. One car was stolen from the garage, 6 bikes stolen from the bike room and I had my Amazon packages stolen 4 times from the mail room (a mail room that can only be accessed with a QR code).

Update 11/8/2023:
The main entrance to the apartment complex is broken. Can someone from the management please fix this? It takes 10+ attempts to authenticate and enter the building. This makes it difficult to get in to my apartment.

Good location and interior. I live 5 minutes from my bus stop and it's easy to commute. The apartments are pretty new. The management is responsive and polite.
The locks are very slow and often broken. It has been several months since the main stairwell has been accessible, and the main entry is flaky. I get the feeling these issues will persist. The package system is also way harder than it needs to be.
