It was such a pleasant experience to deal the management, Denise and Cynthia are very courtesy, considerate and professional, they helped us a great deal to complete the filing process efficiently. And Rome, thank you for your excellent maintenance job you did! Withh their support, we were able to get much things done remotely and smoothly during the pandemic. All and all, we felt being well taken care of by the management team. Thank you!

So sad that residents have to deal with management that is truly "hands off." No personal attention here. Definitely one size fits all! First of all, there is new management every couple of years. Management will not repaint or change the carpet, no matter how long one lives there; even if the damage is no fault of your own. Cracks in the wall? They patch it, but won't repaint the wall. Water-soaked carpet? They will dry it out, but won't shampoo or steam clean the carpet. To be fair, parking situation may have gotten a little better, outside lighting was improved, and new windows were installed. Seems that they want to keep up appearances on the outside, but remain totally out of touch with residents.

Lived here my entire life almost (45 years) they never stop trying to get more money out of their tenants . Always getting new management every couple years, if that. Up keep and/or (if you’re lucky) mild renovations are horribly slow. They really don’t care about their residents, AT ALL!
