This place is the worst place to stay at you i stay next to apartment number 4 and she partys every day all day she has diferent men in and out of her place and she calls the cops alot its very disturbing and it's not relaxing before she moved in everything was good now I kind of wish apartment for would move out already my decision to give this a one-star it's for that exact reason we need better tenants here I'm thinking about moving out now

I lived at this apartment building back in the 80s. It was the cleanest place, the former managers were strict but nice. There was plenty of parking space , and we got along with our neighbors. Of course it was a different time back then. People were a bit more courteous, and San Jose wasnt so overpopulated as it is now. I have it 5 stars for nostalgic reasons.
