    From the first day of the lease to the last day, fountain park has been amazing. The staff especially Cecilia is super responsive and friendly. The apartment complex is high tech with smart locks, secure parcel storage, and electric car charging. The grounds are safe and I had no issues with parking or safety at any point of time. Highly recommended!

    Updating my post 2024: I have lived here for 3 years and never really had a problem except for inconsiderate neighbors and the piled on trash receptacles. Otherwise for me maintenance was always done timely. Moving in was great with Diane Salewski but now that I need to move out the managers at Fountain Park, Dianna Em and Cecilia Brown have been the worst to work with. I found a new place that was available 2.5 months before my lease ends, so I asked FP what are my options. They told me a lease break fee of 2.5x the rent or I could find a roommate to add to my lease while I stay on and am still responsible for any defaults the roommate makes. This will cost $250 to add the person, $52.46 for their application fee and they need to pass the background and credit check. All fair, clearly communicated and I have receipts in messages and emails outlining this. I found a perfect candidate that passed everything and pays with a check all the fees and she was told the lease would be ready to sign Wednesday, 2/21/24. Here is where it all goes wrong: -the lease was not ready and as of 3/7/24 it still is not. Their excuse is since the lease is about to be renewed they are having a difficult time drafting the lease with the roommate add on. Somehow that takes 2+ weeks when they told my roommate it would be ready the same day she paid the fees? The only person in the office is Cecilia and she says its out of her hands and has no answers as to why she said it would be ready and that its up to Dianna Em to work on it now. Im told Dianna Em is not scheduled to be in the office and I cant make an appointment to resolve this with her so I can only email which gets a response either late in the day, sometimes taking a day to a few days in between response. -my roommate paid with a check for the add on fee and the application fee but they have not cashed that and have charged my account for it. -they decided to add mid February a charge for parking to my account that was never discussed nor informed. They stated a parking fee was always supposed to be added and that whoever did my lease made a mistake. Even though they are the same people who renewed my lease last year and they didnt catch it then? And per the rent board it is illegal to add a fee after the lease is signed without an addendum! I also asked around to other tenants and they said that they dont have that charge added to theirs, so its a special sneaky charge for me? -when I moved in in 2020, there was promotion of 2 months rent free; one at the beginning and at the end of the lease. I have the physical addendum stating this but curiously its missing from my online file. And Diane Salewski, who prepared my lease, is no longer there. They are skirting around all this to avoid their contract and obligation. -You cannot reach anybody here at Fountain Park. Calls go to a call center. Theres no support. This is has been such a weird round and round experience. I followed everything they stipulated and they are still making it so difficult. I will need to contact the rent board for support now and see what are my options because you cannot get a hold of anyone here nor do they follow their own rules.

I have had the worst experience with fountain park for starters nobody is ever in the office and the app you text them on they never respond. If your lease is currently ending they will not tell you but you need to have your apartment professionally cleaned by a third party and a recipient given on your inspection day or they will do it for you for a charge never was that communicated to us. I took a day off of work today for the final inspection and the time frame I was told was 8am-12pm and arrived on time the office opened a young man who just got off the phone with celicia tells me shes out today when she herself set the inspection up for today after I called a office employee I was told I could just leave the keys and parking pass in the unit ? I couldve just done that instead of taking the full day off ? But the complex is full of trash A lot of the people smoke all of the above all over the units and or complex after many complaints it seems like celicia and Dianna do not care about their tenants never will I return to fountain park and Im very happy Im done with them I highly recommend anyone looking to rent here try anywhere else !!!

    This was the worst apartment experience ever! I was so relieved when my lease ended. Was very happy to leave. The management are arrogant and will do everything to make your life miserable! The apartments are old with poor quality. Maintenance requests are ignored. Some neighbors smoke all kinds of stuff even though the community is non-smoking. I complained many times but they didn't do anything. Your car will get towed if you live here, at least once. It happened to all of my neighbors, so it seems like an initiation ritual!! They will tell you anything you wanna hear to get you to sign the lease, after which you are on the hook and you can't even sue them for lying, and they know it! I know I wasn't the first victim because at least one of neighbors had the same "bait and switch" experience. They increase rent by 10% every year (5% rent increase + 5% inflation), and you have to renew your lease for a whole year when it expires. The lease contract does NOT go month-to-month after the first year, contrary to what they tell you. They have fine print buried in their 80 page lease. You can see ducks swimming in the pool from the nearby pond. This is very unhealthy and dangerous. Some ducklings already died because they get stuck in the pool and I saw a couple of dead ducklings floating in the pool once!!! The pool and Jacuzzi are already dirty and not well maintained, but this issue with the ducks takes it to a new level. I complained many times but the management totally ignored! I'm so happy I left and will never rent at this place ever again.

    I just moved into fountain park apartments and the community is great so far! Its very quiet and the courtyard with the fountain is very serene and calming. Cecilia was so so helpful with the whole process. She happily answered any questions that I had - and I had many questions. When Cecilia wasn't available, Dianna promptly helped me to get my application moving along. They both made the application process very easy and I appreciated all their help! Upon moving in, my stove was missing the drip pans for the burners and Cecilia advised me to make a service ticket for it. The maintenance staff came quickly and fixed the issue for me! Cecilia also gave me some hand soap as a little welcome gift, which was super sweet. The area itself is great with lots of food options, grocery stores, and gas stations nearby. I feel very safe in this area! I would definitely recommend fountain park to anyone who is looking into renting an apartment!
