Excellent grounds, management is top notch. Mature and quiet living experience. The maintenance crews' response speed is second to none. Very spacious units with modern design and tons of storage. Close to the airport, nightlife, shopping and major transportation. Great place to live in the San Jose area. Villa Torino is a beautiful community nested in a strategic location in down town San Jose. It is an excellent dwelling for professionals and close to everything you need especially the airport that is 7 minutes away. The maintenance and leasing staff are very responsive to residents' requests. They are caring, personable and professional at all times. Unlike other apartment communities that are ready to 'milk' their residents out of every dime, at Villa Torino, the resident's comfort, well being and security is top of mind. I had some minor concerns when I moved in a year ago that I brought up to the leasing office. They were addressed immediately to my utmost satisfaction which benefitted the entire community. The team at Villa Torino actually listens to their tenants and make excellent changes within reason of course. I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to do do at every opportunity I have since I started living at Villa Torino. While I know there is nothing like perfection, Villa Torino is the closest to perfect. I highly recommend this community to professionals, especially families because of the spacious apartments that they have.

This place is scamming people on application fees and anything else they can come up with to charge. Stay away!

Good apartments but little noisy for the apartments facing north street. The apartments have a lot of storage space. Design for kitchen is the best. Patios are quite big compared to other apartments and one can make good use of this space.

Living here has been good so far just dont like the fact that I hear foot steps every single time someone walks. Either upstairs, the hallway or the unit next door.
