Tory Burch

I would agree with all the other comments about staff at this store. I told security I'd like to take a look at a bag, the staff heard and yelled across the store "it's $590!". Very uncomfortable. I ended up buying a bag at Coach with much more welcoming staff.

Went today first time I couldn't get in because they said they had no stuff. It looked like the beginning of the pandemic 1 customer 1 staff. I walked around went back after 40m, this time nobody was there and they said I had to wait because there was no staff.... Then a woman showed up saying I came out only for you.. what ?????

I went to store to buy some scandals. The worker Maria Eder, shes the manger at that store was so rude. I didnt want a pair of scandals and told the worker that helped me. And Maria gave me an attitude saying ok youre so rude out loud!!!! What kind of a manager is that? I wasnt even being rude at all. Do not recommend going there

No customers in the store.and still couldnt get a single one of the four people working there to help me. Had a shoe and purse in my hands, waited for tan minutes and gave up, eventually leaving the store. I called to speak to management and they couldnt care less. Ive never had this issue in any store.and have been a long-time Tory Burch customer.
