        Poor service, if I could give a zero I would. Wanted to order a made to order meal, server said just to wait till someone came. 10-15 minutes pass eventually someone comes takes my order, then 30 mins after I order neither omelette nor coffee arrived, I followed up a couple times during this period, when it finally arrived they had brought the wrong mealjust poor quality service. Lack of care, also not sure why so much attitude from the person on duty when Id just requested if he could take my order, requested I sit down and wait because its wait to order, but clearly the process isnt working here at Polaris SFO

        Fabulous amenities. One strange thing... we flew all night so we checked out the quiet rooms for a nap. The lounge chairs were very uncomfortable for a nap... I took the blanket and pillow and lay on the floor... but I guess we outstayed our welcome as they woke me up and told me there was a 45 minute time limit, which they didn't mention when we checked in.
