Doing our taxes and getting a root canal has always filled us with the same level of dread and then we met Wilson! Not only is Wilson wonderful to deal with( he never made us feel stupid about our finances,which we are!!). He always had time to explain and makes the difficulty of taxes almost painless.Our last accountant made a big mistake on our business returns and the IRS had been at our door. He forensically analyzed our returns and we ended up getting money back from both the state and the IRS.  We no longer have to worry about the wolf at our door.Wilson is the absolute best. I am recommending him to all my friends and family.

Simply; The BEST there is!! Eileen handled my filing matters when I was in deep doo doo, and her team helped me manage my way through some troubled waters. Very knowledgeable through and through. They say what they mean, and do what they say:)

I tried  Eileen Tax Company 5 years ago and have never been looking for any other Tax Company. Fast, professional , respectful and highly experienced personal - there is nothing more to ask . Have never had any issues and return surprises me every time.  I usually do TurboTax before and check how much approximately I would get back , then I go to  Eileen Tax Company and ,as always, my return is doubled or tripled :) !!!

I have used Eileen Tax Company for many years. I always work with Wilson, who is professional and very detail oriented!He has always done a wonderful job. I highly recommend them from a single tax payer to a business tax payer! I have always asked many question and always have given correct answers! I absolutely know that my taxes are done correctly!!!!I trust this company, especially Wilson Gaona 100%

I chose this business based on the excellent Yelp reviews, and was impressed by the rave comments about Eileen's work. I was very hopeful that we'd finally found a good fit, after many frustrating experiences with tax consultants and bookkeepers in the past. We never had the chance to work with Eileen, but we worked with Wilson Gaona for our 2016 tax preparation and he also agreed to help me get Quickbooks in good working order for my small business. From past (aforementioned) experiences with bookkeepers, my books were in a less-than-optimal state, but I was determined to start 2017 on the right foot. Unfortunately, due to months of trying to set up time to work with him and getting no response, I, having no training with Quickbooks (a situation I was trying to remedy), made a number of errors with how I was tracking my income. Wilson is a very friendly and warm person, so my experience with him was at first puzzling, then frustrating, and finally I am fed up and will be taking my business elsewhere.1. He rarely responds to email, and when he does, it's usually after I've sent multiple followups (over weeks or months) requesting a response. For a while I resigned myself to phoning him if I wanted a response, but this is inconvenient as a parent of young children and working professional.2. He has been sloppy with important details. For example, he sent our 2016 tax return for review to a random email account which does not belong to us. 3. He altogether missed one long-awaited appointment, having put it in his calendar on wrong day. Very inconvenient as I had cleared time in my schedule and paid for childcare in order to attend.4. He takes personal phone calls during appointments, which makes me feel that he doesn't value my time or really want me as a customer.Overall I think I met with Wilson 3 times in person, had 3 or 4 consultations by phone, and attempted to reach him dozens of times with no response. My books are still in worse shape than I'd like, but I'm cutting my losses and starting from scratch with a new bookkeeper. I rarely review businesses, and this is especially true when I've had a negative experience, but I count on others having done so to save me from experiences like this. Perhaps my review will save someone else the frustration and lost time I've experienced.
