Cedric is exceptional and embodies the true spirit of service. I came to him with a cracked pair of hand-made glasses that were expensive. My lenses are highly specialized and cost even more at around $1000. So I had to replace the frames with an exact pair or be forced to pay $1500+ for a new set of everything.
When I met with him to discuss my options, he offered to have them repaired by an outside vendor--and at a fraction of the price. I was taken aback. This wasnt even on my radar. I was very thankful and can use the extra savings elsewhere.
It's this level of dedication to his clients' needs that deepens their loyalty to Veo Optics.

They've now repaired my glasses as well adjusted them for free which neither my optometrist and his assistant (where I bought the glasses) have been able to do after many visits. Either my optometrist can't adjust glasses or Veo Optics are really good at adjusting glasses.
