EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Darin is amazing. I had contacted him at the beginning of the month in order to purchase Alcatraz tickets that were seemingly "sold out". He told me that he would get back to me around this time, and when he did, he advised me that Alcatraz had released more tickets on their website. All I have to say is wow! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Darin is amazing. He treats you as if you are his only client. He knows the ins and outs of all the tours in SF and can get you tickets to otherwise unattainable tours. For me, it was Alcatraz. I dont think Ive dealt with anyone more professional and honest. He was able to get my family tickets to Alcatraz and helped us save so much money. He was incredibly responsive and on top of the follow ups. If he said he would do something or call you at a certain time, he would. If you had a question, he was so organized and felt like he had all the information at his finger tips. I truly felt like I was his most important client. I will use him for all my SF tour needs going forward and I highly recommend him to others. Great experience. Darin was very helpful.....and beyond honest. More tix became available publicly and he steered me back to the Alcatraz ticket site to book directly, as opposed to a tour through his business. Darin was johnny on the spot. Returned my calls promptly and somehow made things happen. I thought there was no way we were going to get tickets for Alcatraz less than a day in advance. I contacted Darin and he made some calls abs found me tickets at a great price that also included a bay cruise which was also awesome. I had been to Alcatraz, but Darin helped my vacation become truly special as my girlfriend had always wanted to go and he made it happen for me. Very grateful.
