Best Bay Area Tours

My partner and I were rained out of our tour, and Best Bay Area Tours did an amazing job planning a fantastic alternative day full of events! We originally planned to see the redwoods in Armstrong Woods, but when we got there a park ranger told us the park had been flooded, and we wouldn't be able to go in! A potential disaster! But our tour guide Victor was quick and professional with several alternative options for our group. We ended up having an early wine tasting (indoors thankfully!), and even a wine tasting we didn't think we'd get to see! The food and wine was great, the tour experience was still super fun, and our guide was extremely helpful, friendly, and flexible. He turned what could have been a disaster into one of the highlights of our trip! Would recommend!

The tour itself was okay, nothing out of the ordinary or that we could not see by ourselves by renting a car. The guide was the highlight -very friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. A message in the bus pressures to give a big tip, I find it added up a lot on top of an expensive initial cost. I am not one to usually do tours, so I am probably a tough critic.

The redwoods and coast tour was fantastic. Steven our guide was super friendly and knowledgable and we got to see some amazing sights of redwoods, the pacific coast, and the golden gate bridge. The van was super comfortable, and we had about 8 people on our tour. We ended up on this tour because our Yosemite tour was cancelled due to the snow (park was closed). We couldn't have been happier. The company provided great service, gave us options, and answered the phone right away each time we called.

We enjoyed a great day with Steven on the Small group Redwoods and Wine Country tour. After the weather cancelled our Yosemite trip, Best Bay contacted us and offered a few choices. This trip was the perfect back up plan. We had time to hike an easy trail at Armstrong State park and visit two wineries. We were all appreciative to Steven for being our designated driver. He is very knowledgeable of the area and took care of all the details for us, including getting us delicious lunch sandwiches. I highly recommend Best Bay Area Tours.
