They are very over priced for the quality of their work. They didnt thoroughly clean my heels and I was told they could fix the cracks between the tread of these boots. Instead they destroyed them, then added the tread for a completely different color boot and style to the top of the lug sole. Like there were gaps between the original tread and the solid tread of the new tread. When I said Id prefer to have them back the way they originally were, he lied and said he called the manufacturer and they told him to send the boots back and they would repair them. I followed up with the manufacturer and they said they categorically do NOT repair shoes. Now they are ruined when I could have just dealt with the cracks. Never coming back.

The boots are really nice but I can tell Frank doesn't like me so -2 for that. Will stick with Nick's from now on.

I swear by Frank's. On my first visit, he put new wheels on my rollaway bag in less than an hour so that I would not have any trouble on my flight later that morning. And on my most recent visit he stitched up a one spot in the same bag. He's also great for shoe repair.
