Rude Young Asian male who has racist tendencies towards people of color, it's obvious he does not know about the exclusion at? Manager Eric was very nice but was oblivious to my complaint?

Brandon was incredible. Put an order in for business cards on Sunday said they would be ready Monday at 1PM Had meetings starting at 12, so I arrived was greeted professionally by Brandon and explained my issue. He said let me see what I can do! 15 minutes later I had the cards in hand! I wish all FedEx employees had this attitude. Truly a top notch employee! Thank you Brandon

I needed to ship internationally but when the lady (supposed to be the manager) asked me for the zip code she said that FedEx does not ship over there, which is obviously not true. I tried with another one and was not working either, so eventually she said: it could just be technology, you know?! Well thanks a lot for your help. If shes the manager I can only imagine how this store can run. Good luck!

This is a long overdue review for an absolutely fabulous FedEx Team at Van Ness and Post in San Francisco. As San Francisco Realtors, we have used the services of this FedEx Team countless times over the years, and they are always calm, courteous, efficient, timely and communicative. They have printed Listing Presentation booklets, flyers, signs for open houses and more, and they always exceed our expectations. Shy helped us last week. She called to convey they had received my order, confirmed the details, and then called me when it was ready for pickup! Two stunning Listing Presentation packets, beautifully bound were ready for my afternoon appointment with Sellers. This Team is always so helpful and pleasant, and I hope to continue to work with them for many years to come!
