Extremely frustrated with DHL's SF hub. Every single delivery estimate with express service has been delayed or flat out inaccurate. I've used this service regularly over the past 3 years, and each time it's been less and less reliable. There is no delivery promise when deliveries are ridiculously off-schedule, which is maddening if you are on time constraints. Notifications are also maddening because they aren't updated unless you reach out directly to customer service (automated chat bots are not helpful at all). Delivery drivers do not bother coming up to your residence when you are waiting 4 feet from your front door, and they will just say they "missed" you. Please, do better.

This DHL driver is costing the neighborhood so much trouble. He comes at least 3 times a week, a dumps food out for the birds and rats. I have tried to talk to him nicely and tell him he is against the law to dump trash in private property, but his words were to go F myself. Try calling the company, but they said they would talk to him, but his is back again. So I guess the company backs these actions as okay. I will not delete this until i see actions since it is causing money to have pest control and clean service for DHL bad practices.
