        Gone WAY downhill. Horrible customer service. Called ahead for information, upon arrival with many heavy packages was told they don't offer the service I needed, didn't apologize nor offer help, leaving me to carry it all to another place. As a senior citizen that was a rude experience.

        Great service and very convenient to get to. I was able to drop off a package and get a receipt printed out in about 3-4 minutes. They also offers mail boxes rentals, paper shredding services, office scanning and large and small print projects.

Upon checking with the team, they did mention that the packages you brought over were all labeled for FedEx, hence they were unable to accept it.
