        Best Customer service I have ever seen. I had a problem with my pasta machine and need support. Not only did Malena (most awsome person ever) call me back, but she facetimed me with the same machine i had so i could look through and see what the iusses are. You do not get direct support like this anymore. Other companies could learn from PastaBix. Thanks again for the help!

        Fantastic people Fantastic costumer service. We are located in NC. Marlon been that he is in California ( 3 hours less then us he wake up at 5 am to assist us when we have problems. And Lynda Castaldo.... just 10****** Thank you guys to provide a REAL ITALIAN makine to us.

        The customer service and sales team treat you like a stray dog after you spend 5k with them. Do not buy any products from this company. What horrible people peddling Italian machines they dont make. They are a reseller of quality products too bad they match the products they sell.
