Former tenant here. Not the most responsive team at Britton maintenance request were either completely ignored or handled months after the original request. An elderly neighbor never took out his trash, leading to a huge fly problem that affected the entire building. It was horrific. Some graffiti was painted on the building in January, and when I moved out in May, it was still there despite all my follow ups. They also only accept checks because they dont have an online system, which is pretty inconvenient.

This property management company is horrible. Complete negligence for their behalf. We live in a 12 unit, 4 story building in the Outer Mission. We have multiple seniors living here and yet the elevator never works. There are units with carpets that have been there since the building was built 40-50 years ago. There's a big pest problem, they always send these unknown companies that don't really do anything to fix the mice and cockroach situation. The lights are always out in the parking area making it dangerous at night for the tenants. The windows throughout the building leak water when it rains and you can feel the air draft coming through everyday day. We have already contacted the district 11 supervisor in SAn Francisco and we are also in talks with The Tenant Law Group Firm and seeking damages. This property management company is down right horrible. Everyone who lives here is at their wits end and we are coming after them.

For decades quality landlord they take care of all business when you need things done in your rental apartment with them very proud to rent from them
