When I was looking at finding a house in the East Bay I was nervous about finding an agent that would work well with me being deaf. A friend recommended Richard to me and I got to say Wow! He has been fantastic to work with, especially with my deafness and budget. He has great knowledge of the local communities in and around the Bay Area. We were really able to get advice and pointer on what each area was like and their various tradeoffs when it came to properties. With his guidance we were able to narrow our search down to 3 major area in the east bay area. We are no stranger to doing additional work on a house but we were also hoping to find a place that we could move in right away. Richard was very knowledgeable about the various requirements and building code that is unique to the bay area that we were not familiar with. He was able to quickly and accurately give us a rough picture of the overall work and cost needed for each dwelling that we were checking out. He was able to help us narrow down the area we wanted along with avoiding various caveats such as flood risks, wildfire risks, and so forth. Richard was able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction and if he didnt know an answer off the top of their head, he knew exactly where he could find more information. Honestly at the end of the day he has been a wonderful agent that has gone above and beyond what we would have expected an agent to do. He continues to help us with contractors and various work that remains to be done on the house we closed on, even after the sale was completed. I would highly recommend Richard.

Richard Sarro has represented my family twice in the last three years to sell homes after elderly family members died. Richard helped us decide on the best strategies to prepare both houses for sale. In August 2022, he arranged for the inspections that we needed to sell my father's house. Richard also arranged for a crew to haul away trash and for a landscaping crew to clean up the yard, trim shrubs and trees, and make the property look great. He created a web site for the house, with floor plans and dozens of professional photos that made the house look wonderful. Within hours all of that information was also on the MLS web sites. We owe the positive response from potential buyers to Richard. We selected Richard because he had also handled the sale of my uncle's house in 2020. There were hard decisions to make about that house. Richard walked us through all of the options about preparing it for sale. With both houses, Richard helped us to sell them for the best price possible. I am so impressed by Richard's hard work for our family. He is honest and has real integrity.
