Awning

Would not recommend as a property manager. They constantly have to be babysat which defeats the purpose of a property manager. I understand that there is an adjustment period with learning the nuances of the property, which is why I waited to post this until I had been using them for 6 months. Im still unhappy. I constantly have to double check the invoices because they overcharge us. I will ask them to do something and they dont follow through with it, resulting in me having to checkup on the status of my request 2+ times. I also dont trust them with sensitive information as I dont have confidence that its being protected. I have had multiple conversations giving them the opportunity to fix the above, but they continue to fall short so I felt it was time to provide a warning to others that may be interested in working with them. The only pro is that they are typically good communicators with guests.

Awning is CHANGING THE GAME. They have taken such great care of my Airbnb, after switching over from Vacasa who treated me and my home like a number in a spreadsheet. My favorite part of working with Awning is getting access to the many individuals on their team that go above and beyond to help with details, like pricing, care i wasnt getting with Vacasa.
