Jimmy Koh has people.  As in a team (stagers, haulers, painters, floor experts, etc.)  that will make the process of buying or selling a home as smooth as it can get.  We recently put my mom's house on the market and he and his team were so organized and timely without being high pressured that it made the whole huge job of packing up a family home, getting it painted inside and out, small repairs done, floors refinished, staged (awesome - I wanted to move in myself), advertised, shown, etc. as painless as could be. Jimmy is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the latest market trends and offers any and all advice without being overbearing and is also just a friendly and nice person on top of it.  If you want someone who knows what they're doing (read: a real pro), comes with a top notch team of experts and is a pleasure to deal with then Jimmy Koh is definitely your one!

Jimmy helped us buy our first home this year, and he did an amazing job. It was a pleasure to work with Jimmy during our home search! My partner and I were buying our first house and began working with Jimmy on a friend's referral. Jimmy spent as much time as we needed talking through the process, learning about what we were looking for, and pulling whatever information we needed. He met us at several sites and pointed out details we never would have noticed.We found a house we loved but had some concerns, and Jimmy found us a contractor and structural engineering to inspect the property and give us quotes for the work that needed to be done. A big shout out to Jimmy Koh and is A Team for helping me sell my family house it wasn't the easiest situation but he took on the challenge gave me options executed presented and sold before we expected and for over asking price! A big blessing for my family our family's future feels great again!
