Fatemah's knowledge of the market was invaluable, and she went above and beyond to answer our questions and concerns, providing us with honest and insightful advice. She truly made us feel like we were her top priority. The market has been extremely competitive in San Jose, and we were constantly bidding against 15-25 other home buyers. We toured at least 60 homes and put offers on more than 18 in a span of 2 months. We toured some homes 1-2 hours before the offer deadline, and Fatemah was able to prepare our offer in that very very short timeframe. You can count on Fatemah to be there for you! I also highly suggest contacting the lenders that Fatemah recommends. We had 13 days to close after striking a deal. Our prior lender had an absurd rate so Fatemah reached out to her lender contacts. We were able to get the best rate and still close in time. My wife and I cannot recommend Fatemah enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her dedication, professionalism, and expertise are truly unmatched in the industry. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and know that she will be assisting with our next home purchase as well!

Review from 2019 - our first condo - Fatemah has been a great help throughout the process. She was realistic and practical and helped us set expectations and achieve them. She was not pushy/high pressure but was very quick and aggressive in submitting offers and negotiations. She also suggested multiple resources such as financial advisors, lenders, escrow etc. All communications were very prompt and delightful. She had a lot of patience for us since we were first time buyers. She also recommended resources for low cost renovations, painting etc. Overall we would recommend her 100% Review from 2021/22 - She did it again (and again) - we decided to upgrade our housing situation. Fatemah first helped us sell our condo and then helped us settle into a detached single family home. Selling our house was a pain free process with Fatemah (in contract within 2-3 weeks). Buying the house was painful because of the market - but Fatemah did her best to help us through the process. She remained in contact every day for almost 6 months - she arranged personal tours everytime we were interested in a listing. She sent daily listings according to our criteria. She reached out to potential sellers that havent even put their house on market. In a nutshell she is a rockstar. 150% recommend!

Dont call personal and hung up that don't live in the realtors selling area. Re check numbers before you make amateur mistakes.

Fatimah was excellent with helping us sell our home. We had our home sold in less than a week after placed on market. She also helped with documentation needed for our new home in a different state. Would highly recommend her..
