If I could give negative stars, I would. Honestly the worst property management company and the worst building manager I've ever experienced. Completely unresponsive despite calling and emailing multiple times, and left us with a terrible apartment at move-in (safety issues, no heating, floorboards popping up, rag stuffed in toilet causing plumbing issues, apartment not up to city code, etc.) that we're still dealing with over a month after move-in. Be very aware of Greentree properties! Highly recommend NOT moving into a Greentree property.

I lived with GreenTree for 3 years. They were fine (not great) when living there. But I am trying to get verification for previous rent payments and they wont confirm simple questions with new landlord. Effectively preventing me from moving apartment.

We recently relocated to the building, and our experience with Wanda, the property manager, exceeded our expectations. She efficiently coordinated all aspects of our move-in process, alleviating much of the stress typically associated with such transitions. What truly set Wanda apart was her thoughtful attention to detail. Not only did she provide a kind welcome letter and thoughtful gifts upon our arrival, but she also anticipated our needs by supplying essentials like water and other move-in necessities. This thoughtful gesture not only demonstrated her commitment to exceptional service but also underscored her genuine care for residents. Wanda's reliability is unmatched. Whenever we've had inquiries or concerns, she has been consistently responsive and helpful, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed. Her presence within the building instills a sense of security and reassurance, further enhancing our overall experience as residents. Wanda's exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to resident satisfaction make her an invaluable asset to the building community. We feel fortunate to have her as our property manager and are confident that under her stewardship, our living experience will continue to exceed expectations.

I get five stars to Green tree and its organization team as well for they gave me a brand new start where there I thought there would never be a start for they truly made me feel welcome and Worthy to receive the blessing and receiving my blessing of housing with Green Tree !!!
